cold

Why am I getting so cold on my pre op diet? I'm on day 5.

I am 20 months out and I'm still always very cold.

I must say the only time I found it hilarious and so right was this summer past :)

I usually hate summer because of always sweating and overheating (the extra weight) BUT NOW!!! I love it!! LOL!

Yesterday, I went for a walk at lunch time and my toes were frozen and I had boots and socks on!! I didn't wear socks with my shoes before I had the surgery because I was always so hot! Now I have to have them on or I'd get frost bite!

So being that said, you may remain cold for awhile or forever! Sorry, but the GOOD far outweighs the BAD!!

I am usually freezing now and I am only a week post op. I keep socks on now, even sleep in them and I could never sleep in them before! If I am sitting in my recliner, I have 2 big blankets (not throws but comforters) on me and last night I had to add a blanket to the bed. LOL Seems funny at times.....

I used to have the heat turned all the way down in the winter AND slept with the fan on!! LOL

My poor husband was always freezing!

Now he's too hot!!! LOL!! He thinks he's having hot flashes.

I'm cold all the time. also. I cover up even when watching television. I wear panty hose to work because my legs and thighs are cold in the winter weather. I guess the fat was a blanket of warmth underneath my skin.
