100 pounds gone!!!!

January 31 of last year was my initial consult with my surgeon. I weighed 246.5 pounds. Today when I stepped on the scale I weighed 145 pounds!!!!!! I have officially lost 100 pounds and could not be more excited!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS! What a wonderful accomplishment. I just had surgery one week ago today and am down 7.6 lbs, I can't wait until the day that I hit that 100 lb mark. You should celebrate! Go out and buy yourself a cute outfit or do something fun!

Congrats!!! That is a lot of weight! I bet you cannot even lift 100# and yet you were carrying that every day! That is how I think about it. I cannot wait to be where you are now!

I never thought about that. I do some strength training and can barely lift 20 pounds!!!!
