What are you doing/eating today-Tuesday!
Morning all!
Today is my long day of the week. I have class from 8am until 8:30pm. So, I'll be going to classes, and then in between I have a 3 hour break, with which I teach a cardio class, sculpting class, and I'm getting trained in cycling. I'm definitely working out to the max this semester. I have become completely motivated to achieve my goals, so I am working out 12 hours a week. We are having beautiful weather here the last 2 days, so I'm going to try to be outside as much as possible.
Breakfast- mushroom/pepper egg white omelet w/ blueberries
Lunch- leftover cauliflower crust pizza
Dinner- More leftover cauliflower pizza
Snack- Grilled shrimp, string cheese, orange

Mad at my self today..My 15 year old missed his ride (he goes early twice a week) so took him to school at the time I normally eat my breakfast. Well old bad habits. McDonalds right next to the school so McCrack (sausage Mcmuffin) for breakfast. I so need to stay out of any drive-thru. Oh well move on try not to do it again. Busy day I will have all four kids after-school till bedtime. My darling has some tests this afternoon.

L- fruit and yogurt
D-baked chicken breasts with some veg TBD
So far it's been a great day. It's really pretty outside, so I will try to get a stroll in. Still can't power walk or jog, so I will just have to burn calories any way I can!!
1) EAS shake
2) a few ginger snaps and earl gray tea
3) chicken and pita w/ salad
4) probably some spaghetti for supper (that's a good thing because pasta makes me fuller than anything ever)
5) no late snacks, but maybe some soy milk before bed.

bf: protein coffee shake
lunch: Peanut butter Power Crunch Bar
(Both bf & lunch I am in the car)
Snack: another protein coffee shake (in the car again)
Dinner: some of whatever decide to make for the family.
Snack: perhaps some sharp cheddar cheese, a few pepperoni on 5 Wheat Thins or another Pb Power Crunch bar. Not really sure yet.
