What are you doing/eating today? Wednesday!

Morning all! It's Wednesday!

Today I teach 2 classes (1 upper body sculpting and one cardio), then have 2 school classes. It's not very good weather here today, might snow, so besides that, I'll be cuddled in my bed doing homework and drinking hot tea. I might go to zumba tonight as well, because it's my new favorite! 

Eats for today:

B- egg white omelet

L- Leftover "fake" pizza

D- Spaghetti squash and pasta sauce

S- kale and cottage cheese (sounds strange, but is actually good!)

Working all day and then going to get a quick work out at the gym before I have to take my car to get it checked out...hopefully nothing major!

B-Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Cream Protein Drink

S-Banana

L-I have a work meeting that's being catered....I hope there are some healthy options

S-Raisins or an orange

D-Probably stop at Subway and get a flatbread 6" sub.

L:  Reduced Guilt Mac n Cheese from Trader Joe's (YUM!)

D:  Panda Express (maybe brown rice and a spring roll)

S:  Protein shake?  cheese?

 

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

Good morning!

1) Eas shake and coffee

2) some raw veggies someone brought in. I avoided the cake! Yay me :)

3) 6" subway on wheat, cold cut w/ lots of veggies.

4) homemade pizza for dinner

5) IDK if I will need a snack today.

Home from work this week to do removal of my appendix. 

B: protein shake

L- turkey lunch meat and veggies

S protein shake

D beef stew

I am resting most of the day and tonight my daughter choir concert is performing at the school. Tomorrow is the dr. appt and hope to go back to work on Friday.

I had it removed on Friday of last week after spending late night Thursday in the ER.  All went well but boy does it hurt.  The worst part was my 9 year old woke up Friday a.m. with me being gone and in the hospital.  We woke her up when we left but she didn't remember.  I should go back to work on Friday of this week.  My boss said take the week off but for me its easier to go back on a slow day first. 

I am feeling better each day.

I'm glad you're feeling better! Surgery is always scary, so I'm glad it went well (apart from having to be in the ER the night before). Make sure to take it easy on yourself for a while!

Doing: clients in am & pm, group practice (speedwork on the track and it's probably gonna rain thru practice! )

Eating:

B- breakfast bake (egg whites, cheese, broccoli)

S - LOTS of coffee (b/c the cats woke me up at 4:30a.... ugh.)

L - turkey lunchmeat, alouette garlic & herb cheese square, mini cucumber - wrapped in light italian Flat Out

S - Power Crunch Choklat bar, clementine, Premier Nutrition chocolate shake

D - random stuff after workout
