What are you doing/eating today? Wednesday!
Morning all! It's Wednesday!
Today I teach 2 classes (1 upper body sculpting and one cardio), then have 2 school classes. It's not very good weather here today, might snow, so besides that, I'll be cuddled in my bed doing homework and drinking hot tea. I might go to zumba tonight as well, because it's my new favorite!
Eats for today:
B- egg white omelet
L- Leftover "fake" pizza
D- Spaghetti squash and pasta sauce
S- kale and cottage cheese (sounds strange, but is actually good!)

Working all day and then going to get a quick work out at the gym before I have to take my car to get it checked out...hopefully nothing major!

L-I have a work meeting that's being catered....I hope there are some healthy options

D-Probably stop at Subway and get a flatbread 6" sub.
Home from work this week to do removal of my appendix.

I am resting most of the day and tonight my daughter choir concert is performing at the school. Tomorrow is the dr. appt and hope to go back to work on Friday.
I had it removed on Friday of last week after spending late night Thursday in the ER. All went well but boy does it hurt. The worst part was my 9 year old woke up Friday a.m. with me being gone and in the hospital. We woke her up when we left but she didn't remember. I should go back to work on Friday of this week. My boss said take the week off but for me its easier to go back on a slow day first.
I am feeling better each day.

S - LOTS of coffee (b/c the cats woke me up at 4:30a.... ugh.)

D - random stuff after workout
