What are you doing/eating today? Monday!
Good morning OH'ers! This weekend I visited my brother in Springfield for Saturday night. I ate too much, and we went to a bar so I again did some drinking. So, while I messed up there, I did still exercise for an hour every day this weekend. So, today is back on track for me. I teach a cardio class, then I have 2 school classes, then grocery shopping, 2 online quizzes, and doing my laundry (it's piled up in my closet).
Eats for today:
Breakfast- Greek yogurt
Lunch- Kale and cottage cheese
Dinner- Chicken breast and steamed veggies
Snack- Apple with peanut butter
Lots of water to flush out the last few days.
Have a great day, all!
I had a very busy and carb heavy weekend myself but back on track and I worked out as well! Hopefully the snow holds off so that I can make it aerobic class at the gym today after work if not I"ll do some weights and cardio at home.
B-EAS Protein drink
S-Banana
L-Bourbon ham lunch meat, farmers cheese, pickle and some FF chips.
D-Probably either a flatbread sub from Subway or some grilled shrimp and veggie depends on how long I'm at the gym.
S-If I"m hungry I'll have either some SF pudding or this delicious 3-pepper spicey humus on celery
Hey guys... Still not a lot of exercise going on here :( That stupid hamstring gets better and the second I do something really active, I'm in pain again. UGHH! Hoping to just maintain right now.
1) EAS shake w/ coffee
2) Chicken enchilada soup w/ a few crackers
3) homemade pb protein bar
4) probably chicken and veggies for me, mashed taters for the hubby.
5) snack if I need one will be a few pork rinds.
Have a great day everybody!
I did my first 15k on Saturday!! WOOT!!! It was the Pensacola Double Bridge Run...starts in downtown Pensacola, crosses a bay bridge to Gulf Breeze,
through GB and over another bridge to the beach.
It was AWESOME!!! I have been sooo sore lol
This week is my mandatory rest week (per my trainer) and no food journaling per my dietitian. Today is going to be a lot of protein shakes and baked chicken until I feel a little more confident not tracking calories and such.
