It's Wednesday! I'm already very excited for it to be Friday. I have been trying to do laundry and housework all week in between classes, but it has been hard trying to get it all done. Today, I teach an arms sculpting class, then a cardio class, then go to 2 academic classes, have a dentist appointment, need to go to the grocery store, then have dinner, go to ballroom dance club (for the first time) with my friend. Then, I will be happily asleep by 10pm.

Foods for today:

Coffee (lots of it!)

Breakfast- Greek Yogurt

Lunch- Nectar Protein

Dinner- Cajun Sausage and Rice Skillet

Snack- Healthy Lemonade cake (made with Splenda and whole wheat flour)

Have a great day everyone!

I am sooooooo sore. Yesterday was my first day back at Body Pump class after a (too damn long) hiatus. My muscles are not happy with me.

This morning I wanted a sausage biscuit. So I had one. Felt fine after eating it. But now I am hungry again! Damn carbs. I knew that'd happen so it was a pre-planned risk but still. Ugh.

1. Sausage biscuit

2. Light yogurt

3. I'll probably have Subway (two servings of starch! ack! Thankfully my 5 year post-op body seems to neither gain nor lose based off of these things...)

4. If I need it, a hot Click.

5. I am making a variation of my mom's corn, tomato and okra recipe with turkey smoked sausage and lots of ground chipotle pepper. Spicy, Yummy!

6. Maybe a fudgesicle

I am so hooked on RF Wheat Thins and Laughing Cow.  My favorite snack EVER.

I really like them, too.  It's almost like being "naughty," except I count out the crackers so I only have one serving (and not like, four, which I may have done before I had surgery!) and have only the two cheese wedges.  I have them as part of a meal either with a salad or with some Greek yogurt about once a week and I really look forward to it!

I have my husband hide the box then dole out my allotment for the day.  8.  :(

Otherwise I'd eat the whole box.  It's like crack or something.

I had doc appointments this morning and I have errands this afternoon, so no time for the gym. That means a pilates DVD this evening! I'll go as long as I can (which will likely be about 10-20 minutes.)

Come visit me on my blog, Through a Cooking Glass! I talk about my journey through WLS and learning to live, cook, and eat on the other side.
