Morning all! Can't believe this week is almost over!I It flew by! Today I have 2 academic classes, an interview to be a college Tutor for our athletic department, teach a cardio class, relax, then teach Zumba tonight. Should be fun! I'm definitely a lover of Zumba now, I dance to the beats as I walk around campus!  

Breakfast: Greek Yogurt and Banana Nut Muffin (my own healthy ones)

Lunch: Nectar Shake

Dinner: Cajun sausage leftovers (Didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped)

Snack: Leftover healthy lemon cake with cottage cheese

Walking for an hour on my treadmill after walking up and down steps and helping at our local food pantry. Greek yogurt,string cheese,1/2 banana L chicken salad,cottage cheese,roasted veggies D sloppy joes no bun, green beans,hummus and protein shake before bed

L:  beef and noodles (Day 3)

D:  not sure yet.  Meat will be involved.

S:  protein shake

Hubs and I are going to try out our new Kinect Bootcamp workout after the baby goes to bed.

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

So tired. Ended up with a sick toddler yesterday. Lost track of how many times I had to give her a bath. She seems better this morning, so far, but I don't dare take her anywhere until I am sure. So that changed up my agenda for today. I will be able to attend my Bible study tonight after my hubby gets home and then run to Target for protein shakes and greek yogurt but that is where my productivity will probably end. Although hopefully I can be productive here at home. There is laundry calling my name, as you can imagine!

Breakfast: Cheese stick

Lunch: Leftover sloppy joe, no bun, with fat free cheese slice. a few tortilla chips with cheese maybe

Supper: Leftover sloppy joe, no bun, with fat free cheese slice

Snack: Apple with greek yogurt, cheese stick, protein shake

B: Protein coffee and 1 C. fresh cherries

S: 2 Mini Babybel Light cheeses and a clementine

L: Hummus w/a veggie (not sure what)

S: 1/2 oz. Dry Roasted Peanuts and 1/2 C. fresh blueberries

D: Didn't end up eating the lamb last night, so I'll have ~3 oz. tonight w/veggies and maybe a little bit of a roasted sweet potato

 

Oh! And I have an appointment and some errands today and the wife has the car, so I'll be on public transit, which means about 30-45 minutes of walking between errands and trains/buses, etc.

So glad it's Thursday! This week has been long and miserable because I have had this stupid cold!

Going to look at a new gym tonight, somewhere family friendly so my son can go too. I looked at 24 hour fitness, but it seems more adult oriented and I am not sure if a 15 year old would be very comfortable there so we are checking out our local community center.

 

B: 3 egg whites and two slices turkey bacon inside a 100 cal pita (orowheat makes them)

S: Cottage cheese and a banana

L: salad with string cheese and 3 clemtines

S: carrot sticks, and spicy mustard

D: Turkey meat loaf with mashed cauliflower (busy last night and didn't have time so I made fish sticks and green beans instead) 

S: prob wont need one but if I do it will be cottage cheese

Modified exercises did not work out for me!! Pulled/torn hamstring hurts so bad today :(  Ughh! get well already. I'm gaining weight as we speak!

 

1) EAS shake

2) Italian Wedding soup, few saltines

3) chocolate covered almonds (dumb fundraising candy sitting everywhere)

4) another shake cause of earlier stupidity

5) maybe a little piece of my homemade protein bars.
