Son in surgery right now....prayers please!

So I had my gastric bypass Dec 3 and I am doing great!! But today is my son's turn! He is in surgery RIGHT NOW....I am biting my nails!! Our surgeon is remarkable with an awesome track record, and I am sure that everything will be just fine...but I can't help but worry!!!  I would appreciate all prayers for a safe, successful surgery for my son....and for a little peace in my heart!! Thanks all!

They just called to tell me that they are just getting started. I guess they had a hard time getting an iv (they always do on him!) and so it took a while. The poor guy has anxiety something horrible and I bet he was really freaking out until he got his "happy juice". I am so glad that he is asleep now...and in the very capable hands of his surgeon.

He is out of surgery and all went perfectly!! YAYYYY!!!! He is in recovery and I should be able to see him in an hour or so when they move him to a room. Thanks for the prayers!! GOD IS GOOD!
