The Time is Now!

 Now that everyone has left the gym, and have gave up on their New Years resolution.  The time is now to get in the gym and work on that loose skin and build muscle. As members of the RNY, we continue to lose weight even without working out, and that when the skin loosen up. So let**** the GYM!

I agree that working out can be essential to our success, but loose skin really doesn't have much to do with working out or not.  It depends on your genetics, how much you have to lose, how long you have been overweight, etc.  So, hit the gym! But don't be surprised if you work your butt off, and still have loose skin that only plastic surgery can fix.
