Still do not get the feeling of hunger, but I feel fullness...
The last few days, I feel full the majority of the time, I am following my plan, but now it seems that even liquids whether it be a protein shakes or water makes me feel so full, therefore I am not eating as much solid food because I feel to full from liquids. Don't get me wrong I am still making sure I get my protein in....but this feeling of fullness is sometimes uncomfortable. I have used papaya enzymes, gas x strips and have had bm's, so not sure how to stop feeling so much fullness. Should I go to straight liquid for a day or two and see if this improves? Any suggestions?
I don't know seems to me a stricture shouldn't happen this far out. Not sure though...I think I will see how it goes the next few days. I am going to get back to basics of mainly protein drinks and water for a day or two and see what happens, but in the meantime, I may give my Dr. a call for an opinion.
