6 months out today!

Well, I'm just checking in at my 6 months out from surgery. I'm down almost 100 lbs. (that pesky 0.1 lb. hasn't gone anywhere yet! LOL). I'm so glad to have that under my belt by today, honestly! It will make the next 50 or so lbs. that much easier to deal with, even as my weight loss slows. I've also got to add that I'm in such a better place than 6 months ago. Things seem much better, even though it's been stressful at times (life events, not complications from surgery).

Anyway, I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone on here, keeping things real. Also, how are my Aug. 14th surgery peeps doing? I know I'm getting busier, so I'm not on here as much as I used to be.

WOW, you have to flying on cloud 9. Great job.

I just had my surgery 4 weeks ago so i am still struggling with the whole thing. Hearing your success makes me excited for the future and my 100 lbs mark,
