What are you doing/eating today? Monday!

Morning all! It's Monday. Start of a new week. Today I teach a cardio class, have school, then a few meetings and then I tutor. So pretty busy day. I  am already ready for Friday! 

Eats for today: 

Breakfast: Protein Cinnamon Rolls (my recipe)

Lunch: Leftover Ground Turkey Enchilada Casserole

Dinner: Salad and Meatloaf

Sounds yummy .egg beaters protein shake ...not sure of the rest yet its grocery shopping day .but I'm thinking chilli.and I'm dying to try an apple slice but haven't braved it yet .....ps your posts help me plan my menus .Ty. care to share your cinnamon roll recipe ?

Hey everybody. I'm still stuck in limbo on the exercise thing. Torn hamstring is no joke. It's totally frustrating!

But I'm trying to really stick to the eating plan. I even lost two pounds last week, so I guess I'm hanging in there!!

 

1) Banana (normally wouldn't have eaten this first thing, but it was going bad)

2) EAS shake

3) Chicken Enchilada soup

4) rice krispie treat (I was totally unaware that these things only had 150 calories)

5) Peanuts

6) Dinner will probably be soup again.

7) going to try to make some more pb & oatmeal bites for snacks

Doing: seeing clients and facilitating group (which suuuuuucked!!! I felt like I was either babysitting or pulling teeth. Either way, not what I went to grad school for.); after work, did a run/walk with a friend, which was quite fun! Then I came home and watched the season finale of Downton Abby. So disappointed in the ending!

Eats:

B- crustless cheese quiche, cup of Fage 0% plain

L- protein shake

S- chicharrones, mini pita with Ile de France brie bite, 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach, pickle half

D - lean cuisine Garlic Chicken with parmasean spinach, Sweet Freedom bunny tracks ice cream
