What are you eating today?
I've been eating terribly for several days in a row. Lots of excuses but none of them good. So need this post today to make sure I have a plan and to be accountable!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Going to a coffee shop with a friend - maybe soup or a wrap and a sugar free iced coffee
Supper: Am thinking spaghetti for the family - mostly meat sauce for me with a few noodles.
Snacks: Apple with greek yogurt, cheese stick, maybe a few tortilla chips with cheese
Tonight is our month WLS surgery support meeting. I missed last month. Hoping it will help me refocus after this past week of feeling off track! Would like to get to the store also - am needing more greek yogurt and fruit.

I have had several weeks of yuck eating... slowly but surely reining it in... today has been pretty good
B - banana, 1Tbs peanut butter, 1pc ww bread
S - grapefruit
S - protein shake
D - turkey burger w/ cheese and tomato on an arnold sandwich thin, about 3 tostito scoops - wasn't feeling 'em so had 1 protein power ball instead
S - either an apple or a quest bar
S - whatever I didn't have before
Bedtime - hot protein
