What are you doing/eating today? Thursday!
I know it's a little late to post this, but today we are having a snow day, so I was a little late to rise. The snow is coming down hard here in Missouri. I opened all my windows and am relaxing and drinking tea. Today will be the first day in 3 or 4 weeks that I have not worked out. That'll be weird! So today I'm just taking it easy. I'll take a bubble bath, read, maybe take a nap. Maybe put some chili in the crockpot. What a hard life!
Eats for today:
Breakfast- Egg substitute with salsa and 2 slices of bacon
Lunch- Chili
Snack- Tuna Salad w/ ff mayo
Dinner- Leftover meatloaf

Lunch is one ounce of deli chicken with a cheese stick
Dinner will be 1 ounce of fish and cottage cheese

It's a pretty standard day: I did a 90 minute yoga practice this morning. I'm hanging out with Shakespeare and laying out the cover for the spring issue of the journal at the moment. After work, I'm going to bake some bread, roast some chickpeas, and relax with my husband when he gets home.
Food-wise, just enjoying coffee and water during the day. Tonight, I'll have wedding soup for dinner. I made a lot of meatballs for it and added an extra beaten egg, so it has more protein than usual. I'm also going to have some homemade bread and then yogurt, kashi protein bars, a boiled egg/toast, and some raw vegetables as snacks.
