Gym NSV
I did 40 minutes at the gym yesterday (I used to be toasted after 20 minutes) and it wasn't misery! Woo! I did 20 minutes on the treadmill on level 3 of the hills setting and another 20 minutes on level 1 of the hills setting on the stationary bike. Then I managed 5 (not 5 sets, just 5 lol) tricep extensions. The best part? I'm not feeling so sore today that I can't go to the gym again this afternoon!
Today I'm going to try level 2 hills on the bike and add an extra 5 minutes to the treadmill. I'm also going to see what other arm weight lifting I can today.
