Smiley- GREAT JOB!!! amazing changes!! I'm interested in what a typical day is like for you as ar as what you are eating/doing. I'm trying to jump start my weight loss- seem to have slowed down. I know it happens but looking at what has worked for others in hopes to revv it up again.
