Day 9 of Liquid Diet

9 days down and 9 pounds down as well. I could certainly get used to this!!

I was just sitting here thinking I will be waking up on the losers bench next week at this time!! So excited that March is finally here!

Congrats i am on day 11 of my pre-op diet and so far lost 6 pounds but it's not all liquid  so not bad at all!

Good job!  i am on day 3 of Optifast, 27 more to go.  I am staying away from the scale for as long as possible.  I go for a weight check on the 13th, hope I am pleasantly surprised with a solid loss.

You have to be on liquids for a month? If that's so, I'm praying for you. Good luck!!!
