ONEDERLAND

This morning brought an end to a TWO MONTH stall and took me into my ONES!!! I haven't been in the ones in about 22 years. I even got on the scale twice to double check. It was quite a feeling. Two months of no weight loss (but some inches lost) was frustrating. So, 83 pounds gone and I'm happy with that. My surgery was 8 1/2 months ago and it was band to bypass. The weight loss is a little slower than some but that's fine. I'm healthy and my blood work is great. I hope that that continues to be the case.
