Successful 6 months follow up appt.
...OMG was my heart beating fast going in to that doctors office today to hear the results of my labs last week hoping and praying please don't let me be a failure at following the instructions they gave me after surgery , by not doing right and eating right.
Well the Lab work showed it all..
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! 
...EXCEPT ...my B12 was off the chart,, so I don't have to take that little under the tongue tickler any more for now.
Protein was perfect! but Blood pressure a little high gotta go back to my lisinopril for a minute on a lesser dose.
...thank you all for your support these 6 and 1/2 months.. your stories made me strong and stick to plan.
105 pounds lost and 95 to go to get to goal.*150* here I come!
She did tell me my honey moon period is most likely over, so over a year I will see the 95 come off slowly , but I am going to prove them wrong.. I am going to up my cardio and take up yoga ..Lol!! That should scare the students and the yoga instructor

Those are awesome results!! OH, and I think the "honeymoon" period starts to taper off around 6 months, but it's not over...Keep up the good work.
