passing out...HELP!

I also have had this to happen to me before. My problem was ova eating starch or no enough of a healthy diet. No im not a diabetic but it does run in my family. But however if you like notice when this occur u can pretty much figure out how to handle the issue. Me myself mine would occur everytime I would eat pasta or a large amount of starchy foods; so now that I know that was my problem I no longer eat that way. I hope this helps you out.
