Setting a goal

I am about 2 months post-op RNY and I actually haven't set a goal - any suggestions!! I feel like I am ready to set one. I started out at 233 - now I am 195. I was thinking 133 - which would be a hundred pounds and is within the healthy weight for my height would be good? I am feeling great! SO much better than before I had surgery.

Whichever goal you set, take into consideration a healthy body fat percentage, which is a good indicator of overall health.

I started at 225.  I'm seven months out and am down to 150lbs.   The weight loss has slowed a lot, but my goal is 130.   So it sounds like you are in the right range.   I'd love to get down to 125, just so I can say I lost a hundred pounds, but I don't know if its really realistic for me.  That is 25 pounds from here and I'm already wearing size 6 pants.  I feel great.  Honestly, if I stay this weight for good I won't feel like I failed at all.  This has been an awesome ride.

How tall are you? That makes a big difference. My surgeon's goal was for me to get under a BMI of 30. My goal was to get to a normal BMI and then I went from there.
