vitamins & vitamin schedule
Have been bad with my vitamins for the past 8 months. Need some guidance to get back on a schedule. Those who are vitamin savy can you please tell me what my best bet as far as schedule wise if I order the following vitamins. Would prefer to stay to 3 times a day but if I need to take them 4 times a day it's ok.

http://cvs.com/shop/product-detail/CVS-Calcium-Citrate--D3-Miniatures-Tablets?skuId=829923 ( already have these at home)
http://www.vitalady.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=1230X270 my iron is likely very low but will not know until i get my blood work on monday. fear is ending up with stomach issues w/ high dose of iron.
i also take lo-lo estrin FE birth control @ 9:30pm so somewhere in the midst of my vitamin schedule that will need to be included.
would appreciate anyone responding with a vitamin schedule for me to get me back on track.
If you use carbonyl iron, it should not cause stomach issues.
Are the calcium miniatures 200 mg each? If so you need to take them four or five times a day.
You can do a schedule like this:
Breakfast- multi, calcium citrate, B12
Lunch- calcium citrate
Snack- calcium citrate
Dinner- multi, calcium citrate
Bedtime- Iron

Right, it's 400 mg a serving. But a serving is two pills, right? Anyway, the ASMBS says we need 1500-2000 mg calcium citrate per day, Three times a day would only be 1200 mg. So it would be four times a day to get 1600 mg or five times a day if you want to get the 2000 mg.
