What are you doing/eating today? Tuesday!
Wow, okay I'll stop whining about my long days.....yesterday was mine....my class ran from 5:30 till 8:00ish and a bad storm allowed us to get out a few minutes early....my favorite class is tonight....so, after a break last week I'm ready to get on it and see how this semester shakes out. :) I'm just starting back after a long haitus so I have a lonnnnng way to go!!
Breakfast- Special K flatbread sandwich
Snack- Nature Valley Protein Bar
Lunch - Not sure (thinking greek salad and hummus)
Dinner- Not sure with class....
ok, since this is a short day, it's my goal to get on the treadmill and see how far I can go...want to walk a 5k at the first of May with my Dr.'s Office and not sure I'm really ready for that thought i feel like I have boundless energy sometimes, they say it's hilly and a good workout. Don't want to make an idiot of myself and not be able to finish!
I've spoke it so I've got to do it! :)

Today is Dr. day first i have to go and turn in two weeks worth of blood pressure reading(running real low) then of to the ob/gyn with my daughter new grandbaby due in July.
B coffee,small bowl of oatmeal
L a small salad in hosp cafateria
S protien bar
D spagetti with meatballs
S protien shake.

Well, I've had a cruddy eating day so far...
Breakfast: greek yogurt with strawberries & half of a protein bar (didn't need both but not terrible)
Lunch: Pasta with light alfredo sauce, chicken, broccoli, and peas. I picked out mostly chicken and gave the noodles to my 1 yr old. Some pistachio jello salad (made light). Reduced fat cheese stick. Not too bad yet...
And here is when it went downhill - Found the bag of chips. Had way too many - two different times. And my stomach is saying "STUPID"! Ugh. Time to get back on track for the rest of the day...
Supper: Greek chicken meatballs with tzatziki sauce, green beans, small amount of rice
Snack: greek yogurt with fruit
I did make it to the Y this morning and did some time on the elliptical, a bit of work on my triceps, and some ab work.
