Vitamin Levels.....
Your B12 is very high! The range listed on my lab sheet is 200-800; the info from my surgeon says desired level is 500-900.
My lab sheet says B1 range is 25-75, and my sugeon's sheet doesn't list anything specific for it.

Lora, below 550, people usually start having symptoms like fatigue and depression. 1200 is perfectly fine for B12.

Hmmm.. Wonder why my surgeon's sheet (which shows us which "normal" lab ranges we should ignore) lists it that way, then (and I was told to cut back on mine when it was just over 1000). Will have to do some reading, I guess. Thanks.

Your B12 is not very high. It's fine. It's excellent.

Ask them where their information is coming from.
Of course, sometimes different studies show different results and different experts (and I mean real experts, not me, but medical doctors and researchers, etc) sometimes have different opinions. But asking where information is coming from is always a good start.
