Vitamins/meds.

How long does it take for vitamins and meds. to absorb? Don't they flush thru after drinking with or right after? How do you handle meds. and vitamin intake

They get flushed through the pouch if you drink with them, yes. But they don't get absorbed in the pouch. Most stuff, anyway, gets absorbed in the small intestine. Drinking doesn't flush them out of the small intestine. As far as how long it takes for them to be absorbed, that varies depending on the med or vitamin or mineral.
