My Scale Broke ...........................

Blessing or a curse?... I am FREAKING out...

I KNOW it is probably Good for me to NOT have it because then i Don't and can't Stress when it doesn't move or even goes up

At the same time... Now i dont know what to change in my plan if my weight fluctuates... uhmmmm Because i cant SEE MY WEIGHT.

Going nuts havnt had it for over a week... and its eating away at me..because now i cant track my weight.......... should i just get a new one? or should i wait it out for a while and go by clothing changes... i dont know.. Rawr.

Buy a new one

Some people don't weigh except at their doctor visits. They just continue to follow their plan. I don't know how far out you are, but you shouldn't have to change much. The only time I think you need to make changes to your doctors plan is when you're farther out and getting into maintenance.

I will be a year out june 4th. so im 10 months i believe I still have 40-50 lbs to loose

I dont really have a plan yet other then get 75+ grams of protein a day, 80+ oz of water/fluid a day but my weight fluctuates a lot. when it does i normally track what iv eaten and see maybe where im going wrong.

I would definitely get a new one, I try to stay off of mine but to weight once a week.  I always go by the lowest number because I don't want to stress myself out.  I do, however, track my food daily on my fitness pal to keep my intake in check
