What gives?

I have tried cutting back on fats and calories, upping my protein, drinking more, measuring my food, exercising more, recording what I eat (accountability) and I still go down a few and back up a few. I am sooooo frustrated. I want to reach my goal. Any suggestions? Thanks!

My weight does the same thing. I don't count calories or do anything different. In a few days I start losing again. You might want try eating different foods and doing different exercises. Your body might be trying to catch up with your weight loss.
Hang in there it'll start coming off again.
