stalled and frustrated
had my RnY Oct 10, 12. I lost 43 lbs the first 3 months. I have stalled and not lost a thing since Feb 1. NO matter what I do, I can't get it off. I get my protein in, my water in, my vitamins, calcium and Vit D... I get on my Gazelle 2x a day for 30 mins.... I am so frustrated and depressed with this.
I'm sure you are just in a stall. Are you taking your measurements? How many calories, carbs, protein are you eating? You should log your food and take your food diaries to your surgeon and/or NUT if you are worried.

It doesn't pay to get overly frustrated. Try a different exercise. I don't know what a Gazelle is but now that spring is here, get outside more and walk....start with a mile and increase it. Try gardening. A dietitian or nutritionist may have to give you more direction but there is a reason so keep searching and you will eventually figure it out.
