protein protein protein
I am having a very hard time getting my protein shake down today i have been starring at it at work since 9 am with very little success at drinking it, everytime i pick it up i feel like im going to throw up but i have been downing water like crazy. need ideas for getting this shake down. i know i need it ive been going to the gym and walking for 7 miles or using a bike and everytime i dont get enough protein i can def feel it after my work out i will feel woozy and dizzy

Either drink them ice cold or hot. I make protein "hot chocolate" all the time. I think it's easier to drink. Be careful not to heat it above 130 degrees or you will get lumps. You mix the chocolate protein powder with a little water in the bottom of a cup until you have a thin paste...and then slowly add ho****er, stirring the whole time. Sometimes I will add a little peppermint Torani syrup...YUM! It works for me!
I had a really hard time with traditional protein drinks early on, but found Isopure Zero Carb pre-made drinks that have zero fat, zero carbs, 160 calories and 40 grams of protein. They come in a bunch of different flavors, but I only really like the grape or peach mango. They are fairly expensive, but I would have been lost without them. Hope this helps.
