have not gone to the bathroom

I have been drinking a lot of water but i have not peed since this morning, is this normal??????????

No, everybody has water retention. But sometimes if you're eating a diet high in sodium you may retain more.

im on pureed stage of my post op diet so im not eating anything with sodium, on monday im aloud to eat "normal" food

WHAT has your intake been? Have you called the doctor?

60 oz of water so far

I would check with your doctors office, it's possible you could be dehydrated.  My post op instructions told me to call if  I should signs of dehydration, of which lack of urination is one sign.

60 oz of water by 2pm (ish) is excellent and I highly doubt you are dehydrated!   If you have had a day or two of not drinking so well, it's possible your body is using this water to replenish the cells ...

I'm hoping you have pee'd by now and all is well.

Funny how these posts go in cycles, we've had nothing but peeing posts the last few days - the obsession du jour LOL!
