I like this idea.... I will start doing the same... I don't have any post op reciepes mine were all before I even thought about surgery.

I do but they aren't things I would eat myself, usually pretty desserts.  Yesterday I saw someone posted camouflage cupcakes on facebook and I found them pinterest and pinned them to my board. I like to collect pictures of swans in all forms, including food.  I won't post the link to the board however, since no one needs to see more luscious desserts they cannot eat.

I saw the camo cupcakes too and posted it to my wall and tagged my son who loves everything army. He and I are going to make them. They look cool.

I thought the idea was a good one, we do these bakesales at work for charity and this gave me a good idea.  I used to make cream cheese infused brownies in cupcake tins and I was thinking if I made them, swirled together like they showed in the picture with white cream cheese and some tinted green I would get the same sort of base.  I could then make the frosting from the chocolate frosting and again tinted cream cheese frosting.  It all sounds rather revolting but I bet it would come out good.  I used to win some pretty high praise for my desserts.  I made a birthday cake for a friend at work a few weeks ago and everyone is still ranting and raving about it, but since it was a weekday I couldn't try it.  Rules are rules.  lol

I used to have an entire album of different kinds of cupcakes. Even normal dinner cupcakes like meatloaf ones, and pot pie. I promptly deleted that once I started this journey.

I cannot sit there and look at sweets or appetizers that I cannot eat. Not yet anyways. (15 days post-op)

I love collecting different healthy recipes though :)

Honestly I don't look at food at all, why trigger anything, I just so happen to see the camo cupcakes on someones facebook post so that led to me going to look for the recipe, even if I find healthy things looking at any food usually makes me want something, so I just avoid it.  When I go on pinterest I typically look at swans.
