I am just feeling terrible.
Whoa... take a big deep calming breath there! It is 2 lbs for goodness sake. We all have weight fluctuations in that range daily.
Pick a time of day to weigh yourself. Mornings are usually good before you eat or do anything.
It could be due to anything. Have your bowels been moving? Have you stuck to the basics and to your doctor's plan? Are you exercising? Are you weighing and measuring your food? Getting in the vits, protein?
Relax... this is a process. Wait a day or two and then weigh again. If you are still up then honestly look at what you are eating,drinking and doing.

Do you nibble here& there? Time of the month?(assuming you're female, lol) Are you drinking lots? Eating protein first at each meal? Do you weigh yourself at the same time of the day and on the same scale? Are you logging everything you put in your mouth? So many possible factors. I wouldn't worry. Don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow is another day. Maybe kick up your work outs a notch. Bike harder, walk faster, up the weights a bit. You've worked so hard for this. Don't let it get you down. Consider it a challenge! hugs!!
