My liver enzymes were high after I had a stomach bug and diarrhea. There are lots of reasons to be honest and sometimes it's just randomly high. Will they be retesting you?
What did the doctor say? There are lots of reasons liver function tests/ enzymes may be off. For many post ops it is related to fatty liver and the body dealing with all the changes. I wouldn't worry too much, unless the doctor said you should.
I just saw my dr today for my 4 month check and blood work. My liver enzymes were high so I asked him and he told me they were okay being that high. Not to worry, ask your dr about it.
