What is your favorite thing to eat after gastric bypass?
Ok so I am almost 10 weeks out and bored with food. What are your favorite things to eat? If you have a recipe you want to share please do. I have been checking blogs for recipes and online searches too.
Thanks,
Michelle

I make pizza out of a LaTortilla factory tortilla, spaghetti sauce, and cheese. Simple, but I love it.

Spinach "quiche", similar to http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/crustless-spinach-cheese-quiche-recipe/index.html but double cottage cheese, no SC, all egg whites, half the cheddar, and I use the FF Parm sprinkle. It tastes like spinach dip and is a nice texture break from a regular fritatta thing, which I also make often.
Protein pancakes.
Polly-O Jalapeno string cheese
98% FF hot dogs... dipped in plain greek yogurt mixed with something. Not a meal for company, but I enjoy it :)
At the stage you are at, I ate a lot of Chick-fil-a chicken salad. I got where I hated chicken unless it was in chicken salad or fried chicken. I still don't like it much. Something I found in the frozen section that I eat now on occasion is Chicken Cordon Bleu. Walmart carries it. It is really yummy because it isn't just chicken. Meatloaf is another favorite.
