Tracking food
Yesterday I was feeling very down. My weight loss has stalled a bit and it truly is my own fault. Somehow I managed to allow myself to get out of the habit of tracking my food on paper (computer...haha). Guestimating and keeping track in my head has never worked for me before, so I have no idea why I thought I could do it now. The good thing is that I have not gained. I'm just staying the same....which isn't good. I want to lose more!
SOOOO......I did some thinking and realized I find it tedious to get on the computer to track. To fix this, I decided to take advice from here and download the My Fitness Pal app to my phone. I've only used it today, but I LOVE IT!!! It says you can "diet with friends". Not sure what that exactly means, but I'd love to use this app with anyone on here who uses it, too. I just need to learn how to do that!
I've also decided to recommit to coming on this site at least once a day to keep myself accountable and to remind myself daily that I've had this surgery. It's too easy, for me anyhow, to get lost in life and forget to do all the things I need to do for me. =)

Just click on the "Friends" tab, then the "Add Friends" tab. Then enter the hsernr where it says email.
I just started with myfitness as well and I LOVE it, too! It helped me figure out right away what I needed to change! So easy to spot things and fix them and I love that it holds me accountable.
I am glad people told you how to add friends as I had some kind people respond to my request for friends and then I didn't know what to do with them! LOL.
