What caused this?
Last night I was a feeling pretty hungry, and since it was late at night, I grabbed a few low fat wheat thins and a spoonful of natural Peanut butter. (I rarely eat anything past 7pm, but going non-stop with two kids all day, I was exhausted and didn't feel like much). Anyway, shortly after I ate I got very tired and then my heart started to pound. Could it have been the carbs in the wheat things? I had 6...I have had both before, but have never felt like that. Any advise?
