Panera's hidden menu
And it has many things that are low carb, high protein....looks like decent choices. http://www.panerabread.com/nc/slider1/hiddenmenu.php
I'm going for lunch with friends tomorrow and so I wanted to see the nutritional values of the choices I have. I really try to plan ahead so I'm not stuck making my decision and inadvertently make a bad choice. I was just going to get a salad and avoid the bread and eat all the meat and less of the lettuce, but now I'm thinking those lettuce wraps look good.

Holy cow! This'll make ordering so much more simple - I tend to recreate Meg Ryan's character in When Harry Met Sally when I order at Panera.....

Why is this not on their posted menu's in the restaurant? It would be such a big hit..... Sad....
Because I think there is something about having a 'secret' menu. Many places do and it makes folks feel special. I think it is a marketing ploy. ;)
