I made it to 168 pounds today, which was my next goal and.....a normal BMI!!!! Woot! Next goal is 160! I am down about 84 pounds as of now. 97 since my highest, 84 since pre op diet, and about 70 since surgery day. Yaaaaay!

In other not so happy news....I have to go get an ultrasound today on my liver. I am hoping everything is fine, but who knows...

SUPER AWESOME!!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
