Blog problem

I would like to keep a blog on this site but when I go there, all I see are other people's updated blogs and links to them. I'm using a Mac and an iPad. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

I have no answer but I am on a Mac and cannot even get a jpg  to shrink down small enough for put in the icon.  May I ask what you did to get an icon? 

 

With the photo in the photo viewer, I went to edit (I think) and chose resize (I think), then set it for 100 x 100 pixels. Saved that jpeg file to my documents then uploaded it to this site. I'm on my iPad now. when I get home I'll check to see if that's actually how I did it.

Thank you... I have tried so many things and just cannot seem to get it to resize.  I will try what you just suggested!
