6 months post op and weight has not changed in two weeks SO frustrated
Do you weigh and log all your food? I know if you don't, portion sizes can start to creep up again. If you are really sure exactly how much you are eating, you will just need to wait it out. I know how frustrating it can be.

Hey Jerry! I am almost six months out and my scale has only gone down by a pound and up 2 lbs. in 2 weeks as well. So frustrating! I know that you kind of just have to wait for time to pass, but this is my first "mini-stall." I was losing super-quickly for the two weeks before, and I thought, "uh-oh, I'm going to be paying for this later." Sure enough. I just try and squash that little voice in my head that worries that the weight loss is over, which is ridiculous.
It has also made me be more diligent about tracking my food and working out. Because I have kept up with those things, I know it is not what I am doing, stalls happen. I usually weight Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but now I think I'm going to wait for a week so I don't get discouraged.
So, from one Michigander to another, I feel your pain! Even if you are a troll... Sending you good vibes from the UP!

I just came off a 7 day stall and it was VERY frustrating, so my empathy!
My response to the stall was to redouble my efforts with exercise and hydration. THANKFULLY, this morning I had dropped down a bit, and hope I will the next few days as well. But man alive, those stalls are maddening!
Sending you good thoughts!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
6 months must be a stall time!! I am also 6 mos out (next week) and I have been stalled for three weeks!! Up and down 1-2 lbs daily but stuck! I have been trying to reel in my eating...but I think it is just the timing. I am 15 lbs from goal, and expect it to be slowed down...but not ready for a stall!!
Yup, I remember hitting 6 months and the weight loss slowed right down.... It is frustrating for sure, but it really will keep going down :) just slower
