Congrats, Barbara. My six year mark is in August, and I am also proud that I have been able to maintain a stable weight (I worried about being able to do that when I had surgery as well). I didn't have any of the medical issues you had, but it is wonderful that you have had such improvements and I second ALL of the other benefits you mentioned! Here's to the next six years!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
