3 month follow up

i had my 3 month appt following surgery , my doctor is well pleased, as am i, i am down 15 bmi points and down 86 pounds in 3 months ill have labs done i am going through a difficult eating period right now. frankly i dont like eating i feel sick after wards and still dealing with this fissure. i am not up to my protein or fluid intake yet but i keep trying to increase. i will get there :)

That is just fantastic! 86 lbs in 90 days!?! YAY FOR YOU!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
