Dehydration
The first thing you should do is increase your fluid intake. Then call your surgeons's office and tell them how you are feeling. There are many other reasons (having just had surgery and taking in very few calories, or low blood sugar) that can account for fatigue, headaches, and lightheadedness.

Bump up your fluids, a sugar free electrolyte drink will help.
you don't want to end up in the hospital getting an iv of fluids because they hurt like a ***** getting the cannula in when you're dehydrated.
