Can we consume honey, or will we dump?
Honey is high in sugar, so you might dump. It depends on how much you use, and whether you dump at all. Many people don't.

I wouldn't try it so early out. It takes a lot of sugar to make me dump (lmore than half a cup of regular ice cream, for example), but I got a little shaky and queasy after mixing some honey into a cup of tea.

I can tolerate one tsp. of honey, but have never tried more than that.
