You have given me more hope that I have made the right choice. My original weight goal is 151 lbs, but I would like to be down to 130 lbs. I am just starting my journey and I feel a little lost.
Just want to say congratulations and keep up the good work.

You look absolutely beautiful! It's funny with goal weights, I first had mine be 150 as well, but you will see that your body almost just pick its own! I was so excited to hit 150, but I just kept following my plan, and slow but surely more weigh kept coming off, so as this happened I kept changing my ticker's goal number....in my heart I count reaching 150 as making my goal.... If you keep following your plan, I see no reason why you can't have a second goal of 140 :) you are doing a fantastic job! Congrats

I cannot see your photo, but AWESOME progress--how wonderful to be so close to your goal!
