CONGRATS!!!!! I really wish I was one of those people who loved their work outs .... even as a school aged kid, I was the kid walking laps when everyone else was running! I MAKE myself work out at least 20 min each morning, but as of yet, have never looked forward to it.... What ever happened to you, I hope happens for me! LOL Congrats again! That must make it so much easier for you, WTG!

Thanks!  That was me in school too - I always hated gym!  So much so that once I got to high school, I opted for summer school just to take gym and get it done and over with.  Here's hoping it happens for you too!  I think I just found something that makes me feel good (strength training in my case).

Oh my gosh, me too! I used to dread it and now I feel guilty for taking a day off! It's such a stress reliever and all around mood booster! I love that when I leave I always feel like a rock star

I can't say I'm at the stage where I love it yet.  But I definitely feel guilty if I skip a day.  My goal has been to work out six days a week, getting in at least 10,000 steps.  So far, I've been doing pretty good!  I'm only walking now, but plan to begin work with a personal trainer August 1st.  I'm cleared for all exercise July 14, but I'll be away on vacation then (too bad!).

Do you take a class or work out on your own?

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.
