Low in Carbs but a nice change of pace from just string cheese.

My husband would LOVE these. Have you ever tried with the Tomato Basil string cheese? That is his current favorite.

I am trying them now (baking in the oven) with Reg String cheese. I don't like tomato but I'm thinking the pepperJack String cheese would be good this way.

How did they turn out Lori? It probably would be good with my WW Jalapeno string cheese too.

I think I may make some to put in my tomato soup tomorrow. I've made them before but it's been a long time. You can also use egg instead of milk but I always use so little of the egg it seems silly
