Anyone else on June 25?
Mine was 2 weeks of a GNC protein shake (Lean Muscle Meal) for breakfast and lunch and lean protein for dinner (with veggies or salad).
Tomorrow I start liquid only (3 protein shakes plus juices, sugar free jello, sugar free popsicles, etc).
I do that for 2 days and need to drink water before bed Monday night and nothing before into in at 11am Tuesday.
