My Stall is Over !!!!

Thank the LORD, my 5 week stall at 197 lbs is finally over!! I went down to 193 lbs in a matter of 3 days!! I am 10 months out and was so scared that I was finished losing! This new movement on my scale has re-energized me for sure.... so if you think your stall will never end, I am proof that it will.... just keep doing what we are supposed to do and the body eventually gets back on the program!! Happy Day, Happy Day !!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

It's so slow at this point for me too, I have lost one pound in the last month, still hoping to lose at least 11 pounds, but hoping and dreaming for 22 pounds off before the end :) Waiting patiently to meet my next goal of being in the 130s.
