How soon after surgery did you go back to the Chiropractor?

My chiro told me I had to wait 6 weeks before he would do an adjustment.
mine said 4-6 weeks
6 weeks; although I was able to have a full body massage at 4 weeks out; my therapist (on staff at chiro) just went very light instead of deep tissue. I was having a great deal of back pain after surgery, the massage helped tremendously.
